Padella in Borough Market - Pasta Heaven

After completing some Christmas food shopping in the wonderful Borough Market I went to Padella for lunch there. They make fresh pasta every day and they have wonderful sauces. I chose to have Fettucini with Nduja, Marscapone and Lemon. It was, as always superb. The mild chilli effect of the Nduja combined with the creamy Marscapone can only be described as divine. I had a glass of Chianti to go with it that complimented it perfectly.
I will be copying this at home for sure.

Padella (from the Michelin Guide)
This perennially popular little sister to Trullo is set in bustling Borough Market; take your place in the virtual queue and wander round the stalls. Hand-rolled pasta is the star of the show and the accompanying sauces are full of flavour. Sit at the kitchen counter to watch the chefs at work.


Here is a menu they do change it sometimes but the perennial favourites are always there
